PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS BEWARE…. These treats are highly addictive and difficult to consume  ONLY  1!! If you are looking for a quick snack  or afternoon “pick-me-up” then these CRUSH balls are perfect for you!  These bite-sized treats are packed with  healthy fats and protein. This snack is a well-balanced MACRO LOVERS dream!

For my CRUSH Ball recipe I used  PB Pretzels for a good crunchy texture. Chopped dried figs for a sweet and chewy addition.  I also love the combination of PB and chocolate, which would explain the chocolate chips.  The agave, oats and protein powder were used to help hold it all together when forming the dough into balls.

Nutrition TIP: Did you know…….Fats are a great source of energy and help keep you feeling fuller longer.  Instead of reaching for those cookies or afternoon chips you can munch on an alternative like these PB CRUSH Balls! The fats will satisfy those cravings and prevent that typical “sugar crash” you may experience mid-afternoon from those unhealthy snacks.  These little treats are also great for kiddos who need something quick before practices, after school or on-the-go! You can mix whatever you want into these treats and make them your own creation.
