You can wrap these babies in lettuce or sandwich between two buns!
Turkey Burgers 4 Servings
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 Red pepper finely diced
1/2 yellow pepper finely diced
1T. cumin
1/2 T. ground coriander
3 Scallions finely diced
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/4 C. fat free shredded cheese
1/3 C. chopped parsley
1 egg
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Form into 7oz Patties
Place on grill or pan sear, if you sear put in oven for 10min at 350 and then place in preheated pan.
